Terms & conditions

General Information

❥ Before buying you have to contact me by direct message to check my availability.❥ Orders are made via Twitter, Discord or Ko-fi messages.❥ In case I have a waiting list, you must pay 50% of the commission to save your place in it.❥ I own the Artwork, so I can use it for my portfolio, post it to other sites such as Twitter, Twitch and Fiverr. But always with proper credit to you and and your consent to post something before or after in case there is a debut.❥ You can re-post the art with proper credit but do not claim it as your own.❥ The commissioned art is for personal use only (you can use it on your social media), you are free to print out or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your use only and not for sale.❥ I will send you the full resolution picture through a google drive link.❥I reserve the rights of canceling / decline your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or if I have no time in the momment.❥ You can request a rush order, and if I am available to do it, you'll have to pay an extra 50-100% of the commission price.

Payments

❥ I will not start your commission until the full payment is made.❥ The payments can be done either through Paypal, Wise or stable cryptocurrencies (the last two without fees).❥ If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra.❥Paypal fees are NOT included in the payment price. When I send you the invoice, I will indicate the extra fees on it.❥ There are NO refunds of any kind, so If you are not convinced by the commission, I will work and modify until the result is within your liking, or if you're not able to complete the payment the commission will be paused until you can.❥ Once it is your turn on the waiting list, and you haven't cancel the full price of the commission, if you do not have the money to do it, the commission price will be frozen for 3 months, after that time, the price will be updated.

Changes in your commission

❥ The sketch phase is your chance to tell me what you want to be changed: expressions, details, pose, etc. so you have to make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.❥ When the sketch is complete, I will send it to you so you can see and fix things you may don’t like. You must clarify all possible changes at this stance because once I have finished the commission and you request a big change like, a different pose, outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely that you have not clarified in the sketch phase, I will charge 50% extra on the original price.❥ Depending on what is ordered, only one or two color changes will be accepted.❥ For rigs, we tested the models before shipping, but if you find any problem you have up to 2 month revision period.
